New Mayor and Councilors Take Oaths of Office
At the first City Council meeting of 2023 on January 9th, Hood River’s newly elected mayor and city councilors took their oaths of office.

Public Works accepts holiday trees
Christmas tree drop-off at the City Public Works facility will continue until Tuesday, January 17th. Please remove any non-compostable materials, then bring trees for composting Monday – Friday between 8:00 am – 4:30 p.m.

Avalon Paving
City of Hood River Public Works will be paving Avalon Drive (from Belmont Avenue to Rebecca Avenue), Avalon Place, and Avalon Court starting Monday, October 3rd – Thursday, October 6th from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
