Crook County ranked 25th among counties in Oregon by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The median income of Crook County residents was $25,723 per year, adjusted for inflation. It had 9,588 households with a population of 23,011.

The county with the highest median resident income in the state was Washington County with $38,189 per year after adjusting for inflation – $12,466 more than Crook County. It had 219,053 households with a population of 589,481.
