Deschutes County Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on Mar. 22.

This past week, the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office was able to recognize and honor two retired DCSO K9s. LT William Bailey presented retirement plaques to K9 Ezel and K9 Molly.  K9 Ezel's partner was Deputy Jeremiah Johnson and K9 Molly's partner was Deputy Stacy Crawford. Both K9s selflessly served the residents and visitors of Deschutes County during their many years of service.

DCSO currently has five certified K9 teams; four tracking and apprehension K9's and one bloodhound.
