Jefferson County is offering a total of $750,000 in grant funding to assist in new construction or major rehabilitation of industrial, warehouse,incubator buildings in Jefferson County, but the deadline to apply is June 3rd. For developers considering property in Madras, the City of Madras is ready to help by providing information on urban renewal funding and/or other potential funding sources, assistance with permits, regulations, zoning, and/or any benefits associated with Enterprise Zones.
