Of the 12 citizens living in Shaniko in 2020, six were old enough to vote as of March 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported two of those people were female and four were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
