Prior to joining the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office, Deputy James Oshel’s actions saved the life of an inmate at the Crook County Adult Jail.

Deputy Oshel was nominated for the Life Saving Award by Crook County Sheriff’s Office and presented with the award today.
