Congratulations to Civil Technician John Armstrong on receiving his 25-year plaque. Civil Tech Armstrong began his career at the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office in 1998 as a jail technician, in 2003 he became a civil technician where he serves civil paperwork to the citizens of Deschutes County.
