The City of Ione has sent out a letter with a Right-to-Entry Consent to landowners who will be placed on the proposed wastewater system.  This Right-to-Entry allows access to the property to obtain survey data for the proposed septic tank.  The right is for the duration of the project.

Please return the contract to City Hall by March 23, 2023.  If the contract is not received the City will attempt to contact the landowners by telephone.
