At their regularly scheduled meeting last night, the Madras City Council voted to appoint Mike Seibold and Edwin “Lamar” Yoder to fill two positions vacated by the resignations of former Councilors Bartt Brick and Royce Embanks, Jr. Both positions have terms expiring December 31, 2022.
