Fun course alert! Stomping Grapes - No, you won't get to actually stomp grapes, like in an episode of I Love Lucy, but in this interactive, hands-on wine experience, you will craft your own wine blend! Using simple lab equipment and up to a handful of red grape varieties typical of Bordeaux blends, this class aims to provide first-hand knowledge of how different grape varieties work together. Groups of two to four students will work together to craft their blend, so bring a friend! After crafting each wine, everyone will have a chance to taste each blend and discuss the tasting profiles. Taught by wine educator Sarah Wolcott, who believes the wines you find most delicious are the wines you should drink.
